All requests will be discussed before work begins - during this discussion, I reserve the right to turn down the commission should I feel uncomfortable with the request.
Payments can only be made via Paypal.
Payment must be paid in full before I begin to work on the commission.
Full refunds can only be given during the initial sketching phase; if a refund is requested later than this, a fee will be deducted to account for the time already spent on the commission.
If a background is requested, the price of the commission may increase dependant on the complexity (final prices will be discussed and agree on with the client).
Progress shots will be provided periodically and I will only continue to work on the commission once the progress has been approved.
Commissions will generally take between 1 to 3 weeks to complete.
Upon completion, I will email you the final artwork file; you may not remove my signature and if you post the artwork online, credit must be given.
Commissions are for personal use only.
I may post any commission work online and may use it as examples in my portfolio (should this be an issue, please discuss with me!).
